How to get out of school for Destiny
Can anyone leave their methods for getting out of school. I don't plan to make this a habit, It's just for launch day. And if you leave comments about missing education, my school has a make up work system for kids who are absent. Also before you assume I'm an immature kid, I'm a junior in highschool. And if you're going to comment "Just stay in school, Destiny will be there." Thats not what I'm asking for so don't comment. Any ideas? [b]EVERYONE STOP REPLYING TO THIS POST! 7 RepliesI see sentence fragments, conjunctions at the beginning of a sentence, missing commas, a question that ends in a period, you capitalized it's (this should only be capitalized at the beginning of a sentence) and you wrote highschool (it should be high school). I think you should go to school.

Just tell your parent s you're not going to school because destiny is available for purchase in the store and you'd rather do that, I'm sure they will understand

I'd go with something that was easy to fake and hard to prove and wouldnt stop you from playing video games. So when you wake up keep falling into stuff and act like you are having a hard time to keeping you balance. also slip in that your ears feel a little weird. Unless your parents are very intelligent they would probably assume you have an ear infection so roll with that now important note do not over do this or u might end up with ear surgery, Its how i get out of work and watching my nieces and nephews lol

As for GAME DAY.. be honest with your parents. Tell them its just one day. Get your schoolwork ahead of time and show them you're not totaly slacking off. If you try to play sick, its even more slacker. Its not hard to figure out why you were acting ill, especially if you're playing Destiny allll daaay.

If my kids where around your age and asked me I would be ok with it. I would simply call them in sick. They are a little young for that though.

3 RepliesTake some sort of over-the counter medicine that will cause you to throw up early in the morning before you have to get to school. Be sure to eat something first so that you actually have something to throw up, otherwise you could hurt yourself. It's a bit of a painful way to do things, but that pain won't last too long and Destiny will be yours.

Simple answer is: don't. Wait until you get home to play. It's not going to kill you. If I were back in university term time on the 9th, I'd go to any scheduled classes or lectures, then play when I got home. Education is more important than a few hours of a video game.

Beat yourself in the face until you get a nosebleed, then make up a few more fake symptoms, and blammo, as long as they don't throw you in a infectious disease's ward your good to go!

4 RepliesSimple. Leave for school like normal. Have a friend with a 2x4 clean your clock and borrow your wallet. Go home to your folks and say you got mugged. Tell them your sore and embarrassed about the situation and just sit in your room with an ice pack. Then all you gotta do is lock your door fire up the game and smoke a fine cigar. You earned it.

Don't ask the internet for advice on getting sick for school, it could kill you. The only game I skipped school for was halo 2, and I just threw up.....it had nothing to do with staying up all night playing halo 2 and eating a bag of Doritos, eating a party bag of Doritos will make you throw up easy...
