Then do it! There are online classes you can get a degree from if you don't know how to brew yet, or you can always start home brewing to get a good grasp on the process as well. I'm sure there are some great home brewing clubs in your area. Then go to probrewer.com's classifieds section and look for something entry level.

A buddy of mine and I are thinking about getting a house and just doing some on the side (for ourselves). A few of my friends do the same things at their house. I was mostly joking about the mediocre salary thing. I live comfortably enough.
