I think it might be something like CoD since activision is in on it. They don't put all the high leveled characters on one team so maybe they do it as a team balance. I wouldn't see them penalizing someone for having better stuff and working harder to level themselves.

I just would like to know how they handicap players of different level and gear to play together. Either in a load stat page for PvP specifically or if it's just all scout rifles have the same damage only fire rate and scopes are different. All warlock armor is the same protection for example. But do you get the weapon & armor perks? I have of questions on how it works basically and would love a detailed video on the special sauce of destiny PVP.
