So, The Order 1886...
I've had shits that were more colourful than this game.

It's obviously in a desolate place. Like the slums. And there is fog. You can tell they are going for a lifeless area. It doesn't need color. I wouldn't want an abandoned area to be bright and vibrant.

Aw man, I was really rooting for this to be good, but it doesn't look like it's going to pan out like I was hoping. I guess all of the comments about this being the PS4's Ryse may not have been far from the truth. [spoiler]At least Ryse had colors.[/spoiler]

The idea of an alternate history where a special unit use steampunk weapons to stop supernatural beings sounds cool but this game looks too linear and i agree needs some colors.

By going by what in saw in the gameplay, i'm guessing that there will be alot of QTEs in this game. On a side note, Ryse: Son of Rome is a meh to me and hopefully Ryse 2 will be confirmed at E3 and it will be better than Ryse: Son of Rome.

14 RepliesI don't think they want colors for the mood they're going for. First off, it's England. England almost always looks that depressing in real life. Secondly, having bright colors wouldn't make sense for the dark, scary, apocalyptic vibe they're going for. Thirdly, I'm pretty sure they're going for realism with their graphical style. Real life isn't very colorful. I mean, have you seem places like Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York? All gray and depressing.
