No Bake Cookie Dough
I made some of this stuff when I woke up this morning and it's very good! Though I recommend letting it chill.
Personally I have no issues with eating regular cookie dough but my roommate [and probably your parents or maybe even you] don't agree with eating the raw eggs in the cookie dough for fear of disease.
In order to nom nom on some great seasonal treats without being nagged I snagged and modified this recipe here.
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1/2-1 cup mini chocolate chips depending on your preferences
Mix the sugar and butter together
then pretty much dump everything else and enjoy.
For a less snarky taste I'd chill it for about an hour. You can maybe even get plastic spoons, fill it with dough, and wrap plastic wrap with bows over it.
