Likely linked to marathon being in heavy playtest, so server strain, maybe consolidation of destiny servers due to very low numbers. Happened during the marathon alpha, & the destiny server warning about February 5th doing tests is also marathon related, they'll be checking how destiny runs when marathon is under heavy usage or something similar.
