Echoing blade catalyst disabled?
Got it last night in the exotic quest with the help of a friend but today its disabled. When i started the game today there was a pop up banner but i by passed it to quick to read what it said.

Its the only catalyst i have so cant switch to another one.
*** Nevermind. Just resaved my load out and it was all good again!****
