What Are The Rewards For SKILL?
Why are "good" rewards locked behind Power?
Why does it take so long to hit high Power?
Where is the reward for being SKILLED?
There is no reward for SKILL - players are only rewarded for their TIME, and most of us don't have the hours to spar to level up.
I get WORSE rewards even when I play BETTER than my team.
Stop basing reward tiers on POWER and start basing them on PERFORMANCE

it's probably the biggest reason i'm very happy I didn't purchase the DLC or will continue to put my time into destiny. just feels too linear and not rewarding.

1 ReplyIt's a real bummer, you should be rewarded for quality gameplay, exceptional moves/ performance, even before EoF, doing something fancy got you nothing.

All you need to get the best stuff is time, how much time you dedicate and how much time you sacrifice to the game now, its no longer about skill for good loot, it is now about a war of time and attrition. If you have the time to play then you will have loot, if not then no loot.

Time spent grinding and guardian rank determine your loot quality currently in Edge of Fate. So why in the hell would the difficulty of the content be tied to the quality of rewards? Thats why Raids and going flawless in trials pre-EoF provided some of the best weapons in game. [i]Wait a second... that does not make any sense...[/i]

The player base complained when loot was locked behind skill so nothing was sacred anymore. The only way to maintain any level of exclusivity is to lock stuff behind long grinds now
