Hey there, in the second pic I can see four tiny squares below the first Aspect slot, which implies that you should have a choice of four Aspects available if you try to equip one. Is nothing happening when you try? I believe you should be able to select one, and then the fragments will show up once you've got at least one fragment slot to populate. If you definitely can't select an Aspect at all, please let me know.
