Pale Heart is the worst location we ever got
Zero reason to go there, ever. Not been since I got khvostov months ago, spent about 20 hours there in total since release. I go to all other planets almost daily but never the pale heart. No bounties, no public events, no guardians, no incentives. These new ideas they have are terrible, storms on Europa were irritating, super powered enemies on neonuma were irritating, but solo lifeless dead pale heart is quite the miss.

3 RepliesBecause it hasn’t been updated since. We all have the class items and swords we want so there’s no point to go back. It’s the same with any destination. The WORST patrol zone tho? Have you been to the throne world?

At the start of a new Episode while you’re climbing your way up the Pinnacle Ladder, completing Cyst Bounties from Micah 10 award you with Powerful level weapon drops [b]in the slot of your choice[/b] (Kinetic, Energy, Heavy). As a hypothetical, if you play through the first week of an Episode and (having exhausted all of your Pinnacle sources) have been unfortunate enough to only receive Armor drops with increased Light Level, instead of grinding out Powerful/Prime drops in the hopes of [i]maybe[/i] getting weapons peppered in with however many Armor pieces you also get, you can complete three Cyst Bounties from Micah to [u]guarantee[/u] Powerful drops for whichever weapon slots you want, setting yourself up to take better advantage of whichever Pinnacle drops you get in the following week. And once you’ve reached the Pinnacle cap you can keep doing these Bounties while you have free time to level up your Vaulted weapons if you are so inclined, without having to deal with all the Armor items diluting your drops. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

3 RepliesI think the blizzards on Europa are cool. If Bungie could add more dynamic weather effects to planets, I'd be all for it. Neomuna does suck though.

4 RepliesThe Pale Heart is probably the only place that has a non-stop reason to go there. Any chest can give exotic class items. Now I can see why you would not consider this a viable reason. Throne World, Europa, Neomuna have nothing like that and there was never a reason to visit any other planet after completing all of the quest and objectives.
