Lost ghost in cosmodrome

I found a ghost underground in the cosmodrome but I can’t interact with it. I killed 2 blistered knights but it didn’t do anything. The ghost is glowing. What is this about?

Yeah, I did it accidentally a week ago and I don't even own final shape so I guess the mini event is accessible. However, when you claim the lost ghost, nothing happens.

It's to with part of a quest from final shape that you get from micah 10 after completing the final shape campaign.
