My vote goes to Dead Man's Tale, especially on mnk, but I think some honorable mentions are Immortal and ConFi.

LoW was super busted and that was at a time where we could get way more special ammo. Wishender was annoying to play against but not really as strong as the others as it required hotswapping so it took both weapon slots. Mythoclast (at least in D2) was just a moderately strong primary for a little bit, honestly I don't think it was really a problem at all at 390 rpm. Graviton lance was just fairly strong for a primary, maybe a little more than vex but still not a huge problem. DMT was insane pre-nerf but only on mnk so console didn't have to deal with it. Of the options given, my vote goes to LoW.
