So spawning with 2 shots is a stupid idea but walking 2 steps to pick up special from spawn isn't? Makes sense.

Spawning with special is normally paired with dropping special on death. That’s why I find it worse.

That makes absolutely zero sense but ok.

When you used to spawn with special ammo, you also used to drop special ammo when dying. The reason the ammo box system works, is because switching specials at the start of the match gives you 0 special by default. So you can choose when you pick up special at the start, and ensure you will always have ammo when you switch loadout.

I legit won my gunfights yesterday because the enemy team refused to pick up their special There is more special ammo on the field to make it snowball and not only that, I have had plenty of times in trials where there was "Free" special ammo and people choose to run in and get the hardest one anyways. It will widen the skill gap way more or make it a camp fest. Just like in rise of iron
