it is ok, could track way better. I have too many thing just side step it and take almost zero damage. Miss with one MG round, no big deal, miss with one of these and it is a big loss in DPS.
As far as the fire it spreads being usefull in controlling adds, meh. It does not kill them so again moderately useful.

If Dragon’s Breath had zero weaknesses, it would become the uncontested dps meta and get nerfed to oblivion like Anarchy. The fact Dragon’s Breath has a time to shine and a time where other options are better is what makes it a well-designed exotic.
