Ban Appeal Time? Do they Respond? When to give up on a response?

Afternoon, So caught up in the Sept 1/2 ban wave apparently. No idea why to be honest and up front, only thing I can think of is a VPN I use to access US Netflix, and updated some of my ASUS control panel stuff to help optimize (Armoury Crate) or whatever it's called. Few days after I did that update the ban came. Other than that I am no PvP god, I don't 3rd party tool, no time to do any weird crap I am a busy dad. I did an inquiry post to look into it, and the response was "Your update was submitted outside of our normal business hours or while the studio is closed for a holiday. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM Pacific time. Once the team is back in the office, your update will be reviewed and investigated within 1 - 2 business days" So I waited 2 weeks thinking ok maybe just a temp ban by mistake, I have heard of people getting back in after 2-3 weeks. No luck. So I sent in a ban appeal 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. Does anyone know what kind of time frame these things take to get resolution good or bad. At this point I am at their mercy and gonna accept whichever decision. Kinda sucks after 2200+ hours in but don't know what else to do at this point, on top of that just pre ordered TFS like 3 days before the ban. Do they respond? Time frame for a response? Any know or have any experience with it? Thanks in advance.

      Recoveries, ghost lobbies and win trading are against terms of service. The ban will not be lifted.

      • They don't always respond generally if you don't get a response in a week it means they checked out why determined the ban was correct and just didn't say anything (Don't ask me why they don't always reply I don't got an answer for everything)
