Unrealized potential = Destiny
That sums it up. Everyone agrees, could be one of the best games ever. Has great gunplay and environment, but at this point, lazy employees. What else can we conclude?

It is not the employees… It is the budgets and jobs handed out by higher ups. “Potential” is directed and or managed.
