Hunters run invis and tether and titans run bubble. It’s the same for all.

Nova bomb is dog -blam!- for boss damage. Don't even tell that lie.

Good for loads of bosses. This is the problem with this community. If it’s not cuirass Titan damage it’s bad.

Nova bomb is an underperforming boss damage super. Aztecross and Fallout plays have both tested all the supers for damage. Nova bomb is literally bottom 5 behind chaos reach, storm trance, spec blade and day break.

In a vacuum yes and this is why these videos are bad if taken just as damage alone. You can throw and nova bomb and get back to dps whereas a thunder crash you cannot. Been watching too much YouTube my buddy.

It's not just thunder crash. ALMOST EVERY SUPER OUTDOES NOVA BOMB. Blade barrage, throw and go back to damage. Same thing with the new arc hunter super. Same thing with golden gun. The issue of nova bomb is literally it's damage and even though you're sacrificing time during damage phase to use T-crash, it's outright damage makes up for that. You cannot say the same for nova bomb.

As a hunter main who seconds warlock and dabbles in titan. Nova bomb needs a damage buff. Unlike blade barrage nova bomb is strictly add control at this point. All the passives in a novalocks arsenal are as much as well. Warlocks need something other than well in pve to coexist with the dps phase supers. Blade barrage can actually out perform a thunder crash cuirass titan. But celestial night hawk can't?? Alot of issues in the boss damage super department as of late

I agree there are lots of issues but they certainly aren’t singular to warlocks. Nova bomb does noticeable damage on boss dps phases, enough to warrant dropping a well if it’s not needed. My fire team is usually 4 warlocks, a Titan and a hunter and we do just fine in raids and we never run more than 2 wells.

If you have the two wells already then of course extra damage doesn't hurt. But no one goes let's move bomb this -blam!- in a damage phase like it's efficient lol Same with Kamehameha. (Used to you could anyway) But I'm big mad about celestial.... It was my go to for hunter raiding

Yeh I mad about celestial too but if there is only one hunter then they should use tether every time

Painfully so. My teams always end up with titans and hunters and people reluctantly go to their warlocks when they realize this lol Another point about warlocks and PvE for the casual player~
