Thank you Bungie/support staff

Just wanted to make an appreciation post for the support staff and everyone working on fixing the game. I definitely would not want your job. Having to deal with the negative entitled public.   • Negative entitled public? Do you realise what ur even saying? Bungie are the reason these problems happen in the first place. They extort us with Eververse, take away content we've paid for without even consulting us, sunset weapons we've worked hard to earn, and give us cheap weapons in places like IB and ToO which u could better roles from Banshee, list goes on! The game is better now than it was 2 or 3 years ago but when things go wrong, as paying customers, we've a right to voice our concerns. It's called 'freedom of speech' for lack of a better term. Get off your high horse and grow up.

  • You do realise you are thanking @Bungie for 'fixing' what they broke in the 1st place & that they keep repeating the exact same behaviour!? Calling others entitled for expecting a so-called AAA developer that charges AAA prices to provide a AAA service,says a lot about you because you plainly have a low-bar for excepting subpar products,are very easily pleased & you are obviously gullible,naive & childish! 🤔

      • Oh look, bungie employee decided to fill forum with appreciation posts. They broke a game because they had at coding. More to it, they didn't fix it, they loaded backup, because they didn't understand what happened. Such a professionals😂

        • I would say the actual workers are doing what they can with they get from Bungie. The people at the top are probably raking in the dough so they don't have the latest hardware and software to work with

              • I know people keep yelling and threatening them over a game and can’t wait to see what happens next and all I want is the past content like pass season story missions like season of dawn and the activities from all the seasons to season of the forge to season of the lost because season of opulence to dawn I didn’t play because I took a break but I knew the story and I hope bungie can bring it back

              • The problem is how often this happens. Especially right now. Bungie don't have nearly enough on the QA team. As it is the dev team is doing double duty as QA. Not okay, and we are seeing the results from the bean counters that run Bungie now.

                • I see your point and agree with the sentiment, but I wouldnt call it entitled to expect the game to work more often. The game going down for a couple hours is not really that big deal, but when it happens over and over, it can be pretty frustrating.
