WILL YOU FREAKING FIX DUALITY ALREADY?!
I just did a master boss encounter.
The bells killed two of us four times,
When the boss finally died, the game wouldn’t teleport us out to get our rewards,
and to top it all off, when I went to the postmaster to get my rewards the exotic engram that was there, which I assume was Heartshadow, only gave me an enhancement core when I claimed it…
You’ve had your fun Bungie, but enough is enough.
You made us pay extra for this dungeon and it has been bug infested since day 1.
NOW GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF THE STREAMERS ASSES AND FIX IT.
P.S. You owe me a Heartshadow.

Did a master the other day, we were one hit away from killing Caiatl, and it just wiped us for no reason. Had to start the whole encounter again. Happened more than once too. It’s not worth doing until they fix it.

2 RepliesWhen is the last time Bungie has fixed anything? The chat is still broken. PvP is still unbalanced beyond belief. Don't get me started on Stasis on Titans. They don't fix anything. They run on a small crew and all they do is put out recycled content and take your seasonal money. They fat and happy.

1 ReplyJust for the information, enhancement cores showing up as Exotic engrams at the postmaster is a known visual bug for more than a few months now. So, you most likely didn't get Heartshadow. Not saying that Bungie shouldn't fix the bell bug, just commented to let you know about the enhancement core bug. And while I myself don't particularly like the streamer culture, especially, the ones like "I am Datto, I know everything", I fail to see what this bug has to do with streamers.

The game hasn't been this bad since season of the worthy in terms of bugs. Duality is still broken, Expeditions are still broken. There are numerous UI and visual bugs. I know it's probably rush hour for Lightfall right now but you can't leave the game like this.

1 ReplyIt’s absolutely absurd how many times you can die at no fault of your own. Infuriating attempting solo flawless only to be killed by poor game design. Bungie created the phrase “Killed by the architects” to make light of the fact that their quality control is pathetic. Especially considering their size, resources, and billions. Nobody manipulates their customers in this industry worse than Bungie.

It's whack af. They were quick to patch the exploit in duality, but for some reason they are taking literal months to fix something that they broke by patching the exploit.

They already got everyone's money, why would they fix it? It's a joke. Duality is probably the worst dungeon they've ever made.

I have posted and posted about this with video after video, on here on twitter and facebook and I have yet to hear Bungie acknowledge it as an issue. Best thing I did was stop playing for at least a while. All the bugs and issues have gotten on my nerves.

1 ReplyPlease, the Caital encounter is extremely frustrating because of it I bet it's a bug with something deep like the stun mechanics that they just can't remove without breaking the entire encounter,that's why they are avoiding it and putting it off

I agree, its too much, our clan wont play it and my friends quit it, no swords for them and I got two. Both in vault, not worthy.

But as in life, there is a procedure to fix this issue, just like in the legal system, that is why you need to be patient. This is from my memory and the time periods can be wrong, but let me illustrate you: 1.- A bug/glitch appears. 2.- community, the forum and content creators make the issue know. 3.-Between 3-4 twabs of random PR BS from bungou. 4.-Between those 3-4 twabs, there will be some fixes that makes the at least %0.001 less grindy, just to make it 200% more grindy later with one of their fixes. 5.-The 5th twab will be bingoa giving a useless emblem supporting (insert random trend BS) 6.- Bingei destroys...sorry..."fixes" exotics, making them work as intended, by becoming useless spaces in your vault, while you keep them, hoping they become usable in the future 7.- An update makes the game unplayable with (insert error's name), making the game impossible 8.- Benguu screws the player base with a change, just to fix their own mistake later and then pat themselves on the back...maybe doing themselves some justice by their own hand, if you get what I mean 9.-They FINALLY acknowledges the bug 10.- Another useless, shinny and new emblem 11.-Bongei "fixes" something , except that bug that makes an activity unplayable or at rhe very least, incredibly annoying. 12.- Season event starts, broken as hell. 13.-2 weeks after the event starts, they fix the broken issue, unless the bug makes the event less grindy. If that happens, an emergency meeting will happen at Bongai to fix it as soon as possible. One extra event currency is a fair reason for an emergency meeting, even during weekends 14.- They ask for money because (input random Bungoa BS). Restart from step 3 and maybe, just maybe... along the way and 3 months later they might fix it...but the eververse is more important so...during lightfall, maybe? 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Why do they owe you a hearthshadow lol. Imagine still getting baited by enhancement cores showing up as engrams in 2022. You never got the drop so they owe you nothing bud.

You know not every bug is super easy to fix? Would you rather have a complete fix in a few weeks or rather have a half-assed patch that breaks 8 other things just so Duality works? Come down to reality, man. Life isn't easy and neither are patches for this game.

1 ReplySee if you would've said anything about the eshop having a beneficial flaw, found a way to get free silver/BD etc or if you found a way to instagib Caiatl in Master mode without needing to start the encounter bungie would be scrambling to fix it You should've used these examples as a way to get their attention because clearly it's the only way they'd personally reply to you (I'm saying a bungie dev, not a ninja or community mentor)

Enhancement cores not picked up always show as exotic in mail so no you did not get heartshadow
