In the event that nobody else chimes in here.I'm gonna bump this by replying, as I'd like to see you get a more proper answer. With my limited PC knowledge these days, I really can't help too much. Based on your name, it seems like you may be trying to stream while you play. Is it possible that that may be causing an issue? Anyone with current PC knowledge correct me if I am wrong going in that direction.

Howdy! I do stream however this issue seems to be happening without any streaming software being used or ran in the background (I would assume that using the software would make it worse) But thank you for clarifying that!
