The thing is practically a tablet with controllers, it's literally got a mobile chipset. It wouldn't be the first mobile game to do this, switch is such an immense platform that developers often want to be on there too. I'm no game developer but I see no reason why this wouldn't be a win-win situation for players and Bungie.
