Beat The Ritual mission. My next mission is The Ritual , I received credit in the Triumphs but nothing else. No gear and no continuation.

You will probably need to replay the mission to get credit for it. So Bungie made a game you can beat. But when you do they can say Nope you didn't. How do I contact them. So they can fix it.

Cool! They sold me a broken game. How do I get a refund? For the Witch Queen at least. I didn't sign anything that said "If our game doesn't work that's on the player".
