I own all of the expansions, Xbox says they are all downloaded but I still am not being allowed access to any campaign content. What can I do, and why is there no where to contact Bungie for this?

However if this does not work you will need to contact [url=https://support.xbox.com/en-US/]Xbox Support[/url] as they are the ones that control the allocation and management of DLC. Bungie does not have any authority over this and wont be able to assist.
