My Stepson got the beyond light legendary edition disc for Christmas. It stated he would get the Cayde bundle (Shader ect...) We put in the code and the PSN accepted it. I found the shader on my account, but not on his. We were on his account when putting in the code and we have on multiple occasions used a code on one account to found the extras on both (Witchqueen Bundle, Beyond light deluxe and many others). Has anyone else run into this and does anyone know who we might need to contact about it?
I have tried to restore the license through the PS4 account settings but that didn't work.

2 RepliesHello there Unfortunately bungie cannot Troubleshoot game share issues as game share is a console feature. The only thing off hand I can think of is if your son had not completed the Guardian rises and forsaken questlines on his account that can cause some issues.

Can I please speak with an official Bungie Customer service person? I'm extremely confused and while everyone is trying to be helpful I'm becoming more frustrated and confused than I would be if there were just a phone number or email I could us.
