Every time I'm trying to reset my password I enter my email and captcha, but receive no email from Bungie in my inbox.
I've been in contact with customer support and they keep saying in every email that they've made some "updates to the store to resolve recent issues" and to try again, but the issue still persists. I wasn't even able to get the Bump in the Night emblem.
I know this problem exists for months! Please, do something about it.

I had that problem when I was trying to reset password for the wrong Bungie store, that is, I was trying to reset password on the american Bungie Store and instead I should have done so in the Eu Bungie store. Once I understood that and went to the right address, it worked flawlessly.
