accidently cross saved not knowing what it does now i have to wait 90 days this isnt fair. spent money and time just to be treated like this.
need help because there's no way I'm waiting 90 days to play on my accounts after spending so much time playing this game it was wasn't intentional.

You can read through the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031?_ga=2.196298095.236725089.1634386712-1111352820.1634386711]Cross Save Guide[/url] as someone else has linked for some more specific questions/answers. But there is no way to remove the 90 day cooldown for your platform accounts involved with Cross Save. I would recommend reading through more carefully before enabling it.

I remember seeing several dire warnings when I enabled Cross Save. But either way, hope you get lucky and are allowed to skip the wait.

I wouldn't mind waiting a week to have my account reviewed but 90 days is pretty ridiculous.

To be fair, it asks you like 3 times if you're sure. If you're lucky you may get the support team to let the 90 day period go, but I've heard that's very rare

So you didn't read the prompts (I understand there's like three of them) and you think it's unfair? Come on. I get it sucks for you but you can't blame anyone but yourself for not paying attention to what you were doing. How many warning prompts would it have taken for you to realise?

There is no exceptions to their policy regarding disabling cross play. You gotta wait it out.

5 RepliesWait, if you cross save you have to wait 90 days between playing in one platform and then another? You can’t just swap around from Xbox to Steam, to Xbox again in a week?
