Ever notice there is no way to tag Bungie to requst an offical response?
Of course it would be abused, but it would also be a way to call out the the "play your way" company on their lies.

Bungie should never EVER allow their employees to be tagged by forum members to answer questions lol. Just read these forums. They’d have to pay them hazard pay for just logging in to it lol.

That's by design. They don't really care about the player base. It's all about the "benjamins", just like any other business.

Edited by Griever: 10/15/2021 11:08:03 PMThey may as well do away with the Destiny portions of their site. 90% of their attention is on Twitter or Reddit where it shouldn't be BECAUSE they made a site almost SPECIFICALLY for Destiny. Edit: The last two times I can remember anyone getting a serious response from Bungie besides Bungiehelp were when the Felwinter's quest was bugged and when they released the catalyst for 4th Horseman. It's like they turn a blind eye to Bungie.net except when the TWAB or community updates roll around.

Hell, it took them 2 years to give an official response about factions. I'm so impressed with the communication with this company that it seems to mainly be only one way. Isn't it supposed to be both ways?

I live in England, and over here theres some kind of rule that companies have to have a way to be contacted for complaints etc to be able to do business. Does a similiar thing exist over there? I find it so strange that the only way to contact bungie is to post on here or reddit and hope for a 1 sentence reply from dmg or cozmo lol

They’re here. They just don’t say sh!t. Outside of threats against them, which is insane, I don’t have any sympathy for them. They’re paid — quite well, I believe — to do this job.

2 RepliesI got a bull ban from Xbox years ago that got reverted but it unlinked my account from bungie.net which removed some emblems you not only can’t replace but if I did find some on eBay would have cost me hundreds, those emblems are all in my inventory on d1 but I can’t get them back. Xbox doesn’t care they -blam!- me and bungie has no customer support to report an issue like that that would genuinely piss off anyome it happens too
