It's definitely getting harder with time. Lower tier players are quitting.

The only modes i find like i can have any fun is titals(ironic) and and rumble 6v6 just sucks so much when the connection is just unplayable because hahaha bungie is too lazy to give us actual dedicated servers or if the connection isn't unplayable then its because of a 6 stack of sweats on the enemy team and getting rolled foe the next minute and a half PvP is just dead to me outside of weekends because of the connection alone is so bad for 6v6, OH and don't even get me started on IB waste of time to bother with those bounties on all 3 characters

It's about catering to the sweats and tryhards. Trials and crucible should just be completely optional. In other words not associated with seasonal challenges for one.

Its not just this game . Literally every fps game is full of cronus users or xim adaptors to abuse m and k on console. Used to get me worked up now i just dont care unfortunately its part of gaming now.

Name a worse pvp than destiny. Name a pvp game that has more noob combos than destiny It’s a dead game. Only no lifers who main noobtubes like it. Mind you they would suck at cod and halo

There simply is no PVP middle ground in this game. It has really fun PVP from an FPS standpoint. But the guns and abilities are extremely broken and abusable. But mainly most of the base is just so PVE focused that the only players you see in crucible are those who truly enjoy it and those who are only there for loot getting massacred without a care

OK this is on the otherside of what you think of when it comes to lopsided crucible matches. Anyway I have a friend who is very good at crucible. He's an extremely good sniper and only complains at things that truly are broken in the crucible and he keeps finding because he's just better than most players that he is given a team of bots and the other side has all the "good players" this means that he'll often lose matches thanks to the fact that his team mates are all shitters.

You want to succeed in trials? Here’s what to do. 1. [u]Level up[/u]. Don’t expect to win if your -5 your opponent. 2. If you don’t have a fire team, then LFG one. It’s not as difficult as it seems, just avoid the guys -blam!- a 20.0 kd. 3. [u]Be smart.[/u] Don’t be that guy who runs into a lane and eats a snipe. 4. [u]Communicate[/u]. If your running solo always open up the game chat. Talking is everything. and (most importantly) 5. [u]Know when to play[/u]. Fri/Sat will always be sweaty. If you can’t compete, play either Sun/Mon. It’s a piece of cake. I am not a great crucible player, but I’ve been able to go flawless every week except for zone capture. I even went solo flawless with no mic on week two, not because I was the best PvP player ever, but because I played Monday night at 2am. Trials is doing well in my opinion. Still good for sweats, and inclusive enough for casuals. Oh and tip #7. Avoid shatter-diving Hunters at all cost. There’s no scenario where you survive.

The only complaint I have it the lag. I love seeing bad player continuing to blame everything else but themselves for being bad. Remember every good player sucked once, they just adapted and pulled their head out of their -blam!-

I still love playing! But... I find myself leaving games more often now as it's just not fun getting spawn killed and mercied. I play for fun and to practice using a variety of weapons to try and compete with. I'm probably middle to above average so I have a lot of good games and even the losses. But still too mane blow outs either side and the constant 1hk cheese is really starting to stink. Honestly my biggest problems are and in no particular order; Chaperone Lorentz driver Vex Main ingredient / plug one Shatterdive Balistic slam paired with dubemarchers Not all of these things individually are explicitly OP... but add in a little sweat and or a dash of skill... then it makes using anything other than top tier loadouts like pushing crap uphill! These fusions( including vex and Lorentz ) overlap into what I'd consider " intended primary ranges" by that I mean you can beat out auto rifles, pulse rifles and scout rifles... hand cannons smgs and sidearms all in [b]THEIR[/b] intended ranges. With a 1hk weapon that ( not talking about vex's normal firing mode ) that really isn't hard to use or short on ammo. Many people enjoy using primary weapons, start the match and move into position thinking right... let's get ready to " oh crap.. voooop! " from 25+ m away they get disintegrated 15 seconds into the match from someone who has [b]NO INTENTION [/b] of using their [i]special weapon[/i], for special occasion engagements. They surpass our ranged primary weapons in most situations with little downside. Now shotguns have been nerfed so much that max range Fractethyst still has me needing to clean up after chesting someone from just at the cusp of or outside melee range. Fusions eclipse shotguns now, always did at range obviously but pre charging is not hard and the kill feed is filled with double and triple downs these days from fusions. Chaperone is actually fine in one sense, it's just much less crap than every other shotgun now so by default feels a bit OP. ( but not compared to fusions ). Lorentz is too good and too easy to crit with. The grav pull is fun but in PvP is too much honestly. Dubemarchers are doing crazy stuff that I'm certain needs adjusting. Add the Balistic slam to that and it's impossible to counter for anyone that isn't top tier. Shatterdive, well... yeah you've heard it all already. It just reeks of cheese and unless they wanna give warlocks ( Titans you got Balistic slam and shoulder charge...though not as OP as shatterdive currently ) something to compete with like enabling phoenix dive to create a fiery explosion on hitting the ground or something, then it could and apparently will be coming down a peg or hopefully 3.

It was good and fair for a while then all the streamers and no life pvp mains started whining day and night about every match being sweaty. It's like they thought it sucked playing pvp the way it feels for everyone else, and solo players just doing bounties.

Lmfao what game have you been playing for the last 7 years. PvP has ALWAYS been a farm for the elite. Without their KD, their life is meaningless.

I’m average/ slightly above and I don’t have an issue with Kd farmers. Why? Because if it’s QP and it’s a Sweat stack of 2.0+ players I just leave and requeue no biggie. Some times I frag out and sometimes I get stomped. It happens. Then in IB you can run solo queue or stack up yourself. Trials is a different animal. Everyone is playing to win. And there’s a glitch in MM on Friday and Saturday putting flawless vs Flawless for games 2 and 3. It’s not their fault. That’s on Bungie. Yes there are KD farmers. But it’s not every game. Most of the playerbase is average and they’re just having good games. Stop blaming others for your shortcomings. You’ll never improve blaming everyone else.

Crucible is crappy and stale. The only people who are still playing any more than the bare minimum are the sociopaths whose brains can't produce dopamine any other way.

Pretty much all of the above, and i love crucible, but it's a shame, my warlock is fully decked with raid gear so you can have an idea of how sick i am from it.
