New season is boring me to tears.
Seriously, we need either more content or bring back vaulted content.
Got no incentive to log in besides the fact im still trying to get vex.

It's super stripped back and has multiple elements that Bungie said they wouldn't do anymore, like time gating the exotic quest. Story is great as always, but the weekly formula of run seasonal event, do a few bits then speak to everyone in the tower is getting really stale.

The company needs an overhaul and as long as whoever is in charge this is how things will be 90% of the time. ( I ) haven't seen any content produced that actually gives this game incentive since Activision left.

Astral alignment is beyond boring. The content is such low stakes it’s incredible. Oh and if you do all of it you get some pleb seasonal title no one cares about

1 ReplyEverything is time gated, and really there isn’t much content. If you logged in each tuesday, there isn’t much new to do. The seasonal quest steps each week probably take 20-30 minutes and you’re done for the week lol

Welp - this is Bungie's vision of seasonal content, so get used to it. Yes, it feels more timegated than ever and yes, having one semi re-skinned activity each season is boring, but Bungie is making money off it so it won't change.

6 RepliesI agree but dont expect too much about it. Bungie left Activision and therefore, they lost all studios who support Bungie. Take a look at Year 2 seasonal contents. They are way better than Year 3 and 4. In year 2, they even added 2 more raids. The price isn't different from an annual seasonal pass. The seasonal activities were better too. Menagerie is a great example and Year 3,4 seasonal actives aren't even near Menagerie. At this point, it is hopeless unless Bugie get more studios to assist them.

Yup it’s so boring I can’t even be bothered doing the weekly season quest stuff, just do the same 2 missions, only thing I’m enjoying currently is trials at the weekend
