From the first announcement to the Beta release I was so excited for Destiny to launch. It was awesome and the marketing leading up to it was spot on! At that point it was by far the most fun and innovative game I'd ever seen. I absolutely loved D1 and still do. It will be a classic from now on IMO. A must have in any collection. Will we ever see that much energy and excitement again? Will solo players and clans ever have the same level of enthusiasm to log in after the reset to take on the enemies of the lost city? I hope so Bungie I really do! A lot of my opinions good or bad are based on D1 nostalgia I suppose. Of course they are but I guess more than anything in the world of Destiny I miss that excitement about the franchise and direction of the game that I haven't felt since the D1 days. Always look forward but please don't forget the past. As a franchise you have to keep finances in mind but don't forget the fans or the fun factor that got you where you are.
