More Level Design LIke Shattered Realm

Bungie Kudos to you for this level design. It is very spooky and dark which is the theme i really like for Destiny 2.

  • Design? Bunch of ugly little islands with the lights down low. Can’t get there from here. Can’t run. Can’t jump unless it’s through a Bungle hoop. Waste of money.

  • Basically the only reason why I still did ascendant challenges was because I love the ascendant realm, hopefully there's a whole ascendant realm patrol zone in witch queen

    • It’s a matter of opinion. Ascendant realm is annoying to some. It helps to turn your brightness all the way up.

    • Night vision goggles would be a welcome thing. 😎 Or maybe one’s Ghost can be switched-on to cast a wide, intense beam of White Light / Infra Red / Ultra Violet, as desired, to reveal even more secrets - possibly yet to come, perhaps!? 🎃 Speaking of my Ghost: me want The Stranger’s ‘Fish Ghost’ from last season.           • The puzzle like nature of the environment is appealing to me. Finding ways to get into all the barriers was neat. We’ll see if it stays that way as we unlock more of the compass abilities.

          • Just give me a torch or a flashlight ffs. I can't see -blam!- when gaming on a 4k projector! Annoying as hell not being able to see more than 5ft in front of me and constantly walking off ledges. Bungie, think of the folks that game on projectors!!

              • Imo, the Shattered Realm is long, boring and looks tragic. I feel like I'm playing Mario, jumping up and down and all over the map just to get to the point.

                • Anything in Ascendent Plane/Realm looks cool. A part of me wishes we had a whole desitination dedicated to a more detailed (maybe less jump focused) Ascendent Plane.

                  • Agreed! 👏 Destiny definitely needed more spooky space eldritch themes going. This tickles my inner Lovecraft so, so much. I was thrilled with Presage for this reason, except whem I found out that the enemy that was banging around inside the ship was Scorn and not some new spooky enemy type. When I first started the mission, I was thinking of the Alien movies and wondering if some new big bad was stalking us. Ah, well. I do like the general direction of Destiny regardless! Give me more space terrors!

                    • It’s pretty neat. Great for solo play like the expunge missions, just with more exploration. I would definitely love more of this type of content.

                    • Seriously! Not enough people talking about this! Shattered Realm needs to serve as the base template for future activities that fit the more special yet still chill 3 man activity that houses quests and what not. Hell, I want them to make something like this that's just permanent which has new secrets and quests and secrets each season. That'd just be awesome.

                    • I also enjoy it, I do feel it depends on the story/situation. I'd love to go after something like an ahamkara and it just put us in the bright colorful dream/wonderland world for awhile. Get the feel of the meet the Pyro video for tf2 going, could be good.
