I ordered the collectors edition of the Witch Queen. I didn't realize I could only click on the pdf that has the code for the witch queen/anniversary bundle once!! It never downloaded said pdf to my phone! I never got to redeem the code and now it won't let me back into the pdf!! So I've put in multiple tickets to bungie, only to be met by pre-written responses that have nothing to do with my problem!!!!! I need to talk to a human, is there anyway I can talk to someone at bungie??
