Only on one subclass that is confirmed to be getting nerfed.
Bungie themselves already said that top tree dawn is a high skill class but because of the complaints, they will nerf it.
And records show from past warlock nerf, they will gut the entire subclass and make it useless.

Also confirmed to be getting nerfed. And its only good because of an exotic. If an exotic is the only reason a subclass is good, then the subclass itself isn't very great.

Subclasses winning games is what makes them good, irrespective of the build you have to employ and objectively, warlocks currently are the best. Until nerfs happen you don’t know what will be best or not but currently, as of right now, you’re most likely to win in PvP by playing warlock.
