We need to lock loadouts
Both competitive pvp modes should lock loadouts, sick of having people with low skill changing to cheese “skill shot” weapons. It was locked in trials of the nine, it should be locked in both competitive modes

And have matches essentially won or lost on load-in? I don't even Comp and I know that's a bad idea.

I fail to see how that would fix anything. People could just equip those weapons you despise so much before the match starts.
