Seasons were created to sell us new 'seasonal' microtransactions. Everyone of these seasons is nothing but tedious grind with a season pass and around 20-30 new eververse items. It's all a scam now to trick players into playing the same stuff for years and have them buy more and more microtransactions and season passes. Nothing was more apparent throughout sunsetting that Bungie barely adds content. Now, nothing is more apparent that destiny 2 revolves entirely around microtransactions in general. The game went free-to-play but we are paying more than ever to access all of the content. Overly grindy drip fed content.
