Resetting Crucible Rank Is Broken
If you are going to have us reset our crucible rank from legendary at shaxx please remove the need to have claimed all rewards before doing so or give us the ability to store cores in the vault.
You are now forcing me to upgrade items just clear space to allow me to reset at legendary which is ridiculous.

It took me ages to work out how to reset it the first time... there was the shaders and prisms I could t pick up as I was full I had to delegate the shaders to make space and use ip some prisms for a shard. Then collect them and reset... 🤦🏼♂️

Same with Gambit. Shaders full was stopping the golf ball from highlighting. Had to clear other things before it could reset. Problem was that I did not know why I could not reset.

yes, during the past week ive reset about 10 times, i ran out of stuff to infuse. its a stupid mechanic.

Edited by deadly-cause: 4/1/2021 3:55:04 PMThey need to just increase the stack size for enhancement prisms (and ascendant shards which I know is irrelevant to crucible rank resets after the first one). Also adding the ability to reset from orbit from another subscreen (integrate a “vendor” tab where you can go into and choose the vendor for the reset you need while adding the ability to claim the rewards). Would make things a lot easier. If they can add an everpurse tab they can add a vendor tab.

Or you know you could just upgrade your armor???? That’s literally the point in them. If you DONT want to upgrade your armor then just delete them... At worst you can masterwork random pieces of armor and store them in the vault as a way to bypassing the limits. This is a non issue if you ask me

I don’t know exactly what you all are talking about regarding the too many mats, I stay away from PvP But it sounds really bad. Rank reset is just a way Bungie gets one to play more. But preventing one from doing that because they have more mats than Bungie wants you to have.. probably so you have to play more is bad. It’s surprising what the Destiny community puts up with.

When you get 50 prisms, masterwork a random blue class item, vault it. You are at 47 prisms and 9 shards now. Buy an Ascendant Shard from Gunsmith to replace the one used. Accumulate 13 more prisms. Repeat. You are now accumulating 7 prisms and cores per MW class item in your vault to be dismantled at later need.

I agree. We should definitely have the ability to store them in our vault, or they should at least go to the postmaster. But not being able to finish the reset because you have to clear out prisms to do so is BS.

Upgrade blue gear to level 8, then dismantle. Cost 3 cores and in prism, get 6 cores back.
