Well..bungie did it again.
They nerfed another hunter class into the ground.
Hunter 2x stasis melee cant freeze anymore...
2x stasis melee will deal the same damage as 1 celestial fire....but will have worse tracking.
Back to light subclasses we go.
Ill give it 2 weeks before crytans and sorelocks come crying about arcstrider or golden gun again.

6 RepliesOh boo boo, bungie nerfs an op class (while nerfing others) and hunters automatically get salty. You understand warlocks get this ALL THE TIME? While top tree dawn is probably the best pvp light subclass, it’s ALL WE HAVE. Chaos reach just recently became popular, yet both will probably be destroyed because hunters complain when they aren’t on top. Bro, y’all literally still have tons of good pvp classes. Middle tree void is good, golden gun is good, arcstrider is good, you don’t need 4 classes that are great for pvp, especially since y’all’s jump is probably the best in pvp. Warlocks had 1 good thing, then people realized chaos reach is good to counter stasis. Ur op stasis class got exactly what it deserved

Unfortunately, with Nathan Fillion playing a really cool persona as the character Cayde-6,...it resulted in too many players wanting to be like him. That’s why they fired him. Replaced the Hunter main character icon with the villain from the last episode with a memory loss who is a champion of equal rights for Fallen,...err,...I mean Eliksni, and overall annoying tree hugger pseudo-pacifist. At least his Sister had a pair. No my naive friend, Warlocks are where it is at. That’s why Osiris, Eris Morn, and Ikora are running the show and Zavala is just assassin bait. Hunters, and anyone that plays a Hunter, are nothing more than support characters for the Warlock heroes.

Just like how they stealth nerfed penumbral blast, then fixed it because it was unintentional, then they nerf it again? Hunters and titans stasis needed to be toned down. The destroyed warlock stasis in eight days after release. Be glad you got to actually enjoy your class.

Not to mention that Slow still increases spread and gives massive, massive debuffs, on top of insta-shatter still being a thing won't make the sub unusable. That being said, 130 damage with Slow x8(0) out to a good range is going to keep Withering Blade at the top for melees, and the super is still really good, and Shatterdive is going to still be really good since you still insta-pop crystals.

3 RepliesI agree. I already had massive trouble with stasis in PvP, but now it’s pretty much impossible. I’m lucky if I get at least one stasis related kill. If this keeps up, I’m going back to Gunslinger with my explody knife and swarm nade.

6 Replies1. They always have something hunters in pvp related to cry about so nothing new there. 2.stasis nerf was very much needed. It's all people used in reg crucible especially Iron Banner and could you blame them?
