Do more armor votes!!
[i]it kinda solves the issue of bad armor design. It let's the community choose what we like (kinda). It also helps the community have discussions, granted some of em may end up in arguments lol. It's still fun, please do more!

It’s odd, the few time bungie did this community challenge or vote or race or whatever, the community does the oddest and most backwards stuff. Always showed that bungie isnt the only bad guys.

17 RepliesSince the beginning of D1 we have been asking for better looking armor. Now this stuff we are voting on is total garbage. It’s for Festival of The Lost, an opportunity to make some truly cool looking dark monster type armor. Make it sleek and deadly looking. Something worthy of our killing prowess. No such luck. Now we will look like extras in the next Toy Story movie. It’s sad really.

More votes would be good. Another thing I was thinking is that, frankly, Team Monsters Vs Team Dinosaurs would probably make for a much more enjoyable Guardian Games than the class v class v class we're probably getting again.

3 RepliesThe thing is it's going in eververse. I'm not paying real money for ornaments, especially not like $15 for a set. And it depends how much bright dust they want. I'm not willing to spend 15,000 for a set of dino armor. I appreciate the hustle of earning money on a free-to-play game but I prefer spending $15 on fun dlc's like the four borderlands 3 came out with or the $10 ones for Control. Paying or grinding for ornaments... i'd just rather play fun dlc then wear ornaments. If they were a prize as part of a quest of a $15 fun borderlands-ish dlc (not to be confused with destiny seasons-of-the-hamster-wheels) that be different.

5 RepliesIt doesn’t solve the issue of bad armor design at all but it does give players some feeling of being involved. I was relieved to see this was for the Halloween event and not actual in-world armor. A bad design is still just a bad design. The triceratops outfit is the only good one out of all of them.

Would be better if it weren’t for Eververse items. As it stands, this is less about people having a say and more about maximising Tess’ profits.

1 ReplyWe do need more of this stuff but from what I’ve gathered Taniks has no House. He kneels before no banner, owes allegiance to no Kell. He is a murderer, and very good at what he does. I have been tracking him since Wolves broke their chains, yes? Now Taniks works for Wolf Pack, but not for long.

First no screw glow armor. Second I would say bungie stole my idea of a voting for armors and weapons but they didn’t let community members design them so can’t say much but still.

Yes please, vote for new designers that have fresh ideas and people that have an artistic view of things that approve the gear.
