i am owed a second exotic cipher from xenology bug, how do i get this?
apparently i already had a cipher in my inventory when i spoke to xur, which auto completed xenology quest, which awarded me nothing because bungie made it so ciphers dont stack (STUPID DECISION)
how do i contact bungie to have them give me the cipher i am owed? i have SO many exotics that i can purchase with a cipher that im missing so i need the second one that i am owed...

Sorry but ur out of luck, Bungie will [i]NEVER[/i] refund items that are lost in game, even if someone came on ur account and deleted everything, they would not give u anything back l. U will j have to wait to do the quest again next week.
