If crossplay is mandatory
I won't pay for the new season and any dlc again.
I waited for shadowkeep and beyond light to be on sale such is my disappointment with how the game is, if I get subjected to dirty, cheating, prideless whelps Bungie can stick it right where the sun doesn't shine.
Bungie only has to look at how low the Trials population is to see the negative impact of cheats.

5 RepliesI’ve copied and pasted this post in few different threads now, because it seems as though people are mistakenly latching onto cheating as the biggest issue with crossplay. Cheating is the most minor issue concerning cross platform play. It’s only one of a myriad of issues, and in the grand scheme of things it’s the most easily solvable. It’s safe to assume that the majority of console players are still playing on PS4 or Xbox One. They’re instantly at a significant disadvantage against PC players who are playing in 60 FPS with maxed FOV settings. Even with increased recoil on MnK, it still enables vastly superior target acquisition and movement mobility than controller. The sandbox might be the same but the playability differences between pc and console are night and day.

Enable it for PvE and see how it goes, trial it for PvP and see if parity between controller and M&K is possible to a point where it's a level playing field (personally I think it's a big ask for a good developer, for Bungie it's an impossible task), even if they manage parity it has to be optional, to force it on people is just epic levels of dumb, but worryingly I think they might just be that dumb. Almost seven years of Destiny and they still can't balance worth a damn, you know that it's going to be a train wreck if there is no choice to opt out for console players.

Ima say it here. PvP goes, most veterans leave, and over 30% of the current player base leaves. It’s an all around bad move if they do continue to neglect PvP or remove it. Once Rona is over, I expect more PvP improvements.

Why everyone so worried about this. I know bungie not pulling any rabbits out of hats at the mo but pretty sure they know what would happen if pvp was cross play locked. Everyone should be excited about pve having greater numbers across the board for non matchmade activities.

8 RepliesHonestly for PvP it should be optional for Console players to have PC players along them. But Mandatory between Xbox and PS, more players the better For PvE, it should be mandatory for all 3 to play together, more players in more activities and faster queues.

Another option free to play accounts are only allowed to play control or they're banned from crucible and gambit

If crossplay is mandatory then I probably won't be using the console much (if at all) after it is introduced because I highly doubt I will go into any crucible again. I don't play it much anyway but I do it on console when I do.
