This is quite a game you guys have got here. Endless nerfs and buffs, removing content, sunsetting weapons and now you’re going to actually go through with crossplay... Have you thought maybe it’s time Bungie did something else other than making video games? You’re clearly not that good at this anymore...

And the heavy slot needs more buffs to all weapon types. Soloing Champions without a Sword or a GL is a pain in the ass. But those weapon changes seem good and Crimson Days while I would rather have it I think Bungie is fallen from their timetable and need to crunch for the next Season sadly.

All the console peeps already complaining about cross play. Streamers don’t play trials on console to avoid cheaters on PC. They play on console for the lobbies. Console lobbies are more likely to include kids and casuals. It’s the same reason a lot of them stream during the daytime when kids are more likely to be on. Sure anti-cheat should be tough on hacking and Bungie has dropped the ball on it, but PC is also not full of cheaters. How much is Bungie going to have to handicap M&K? Controller aim assist is already the biggest crutch in the game. Bungie is probably using old Activision aim assist systems. I don’t blame console players for threatening to quit. PC players are still going to smoke them regardless if Bungie cuts the legs out from underneath M&K. It won’t be a cheater thing.

So that leaves about 2 weeks to have that gilded seal. So stupid and pointless! You should make all GMNF’s available a lot sooner than what you currently do. Almost immediately at the beginning of the season.

See? That's just the same hamster wheel wrapped into another name trying to make players go through the same "prehistoric" core activities... for the millionth time! So, free advice/feedback: [b]WE.NEED.NEW.INTERESTING.AND.REWARDING.CORE.ACTIVITIES[/b] Write this on your walls in the whole studio and don't come here again just to present us with the thousandth iteration of doing the SAME OLD things again. No one cares about titles, seals, or earning bright dust, casuals arent sticking around and now you are running the last few veterans off! LOOT, mother trucking LOOT needs to be the focus and alot of it. Stop recycling old shtuff, get all of your folks that are creating emotes, seals, titles, bounty b.s., bright dust b.s., and shift them to making weapons and armor. And instead of bringing controllers up to MNK you morons bring MNK down. After all this time I'm seriously questioning the education levels of everyone involved. You are not in tune with what guardians want in this game. Last post in these forums. Game already uninstalled...I'll watch streams to catch the tid bits of story content for the next two expansions. 20 RepliesOk first thoughts: Everything sounded good mostly. Sword Nerf wasn't necessary and highlights the play Bungies way vs play how you want since they are buffing RL's. Sniper mains just got the dickhand. Pc players welcome to console kind of with the recoil changes. Nerf fusion rifles incoming for real and not some bs meme. Concerns: Sunsetting, pvp maps, pvp improvement, more pve content, more loot, more weapons, reduced materials required to upgrade armor if you continue sunsetting, and the list goes on. Fact: you have barely scratched the surface of concerns we have as a community regarding this game and YOU MUST DO BETTER! BETTER MEANING: Luke Smith better not dare write a series of bs axewielding fantasy land letters begging the player base to stick around for this obvious cash grabbing greedy, can't make new content bc it's hard shell of a company far beyond it's best years. Funny: they had the dev team speak about the upcoming changes. NEWS FLASH: changing the game from a bounty system to a seasonal challenges system sounds like consolidating bounties to fool us into doing the same shit we have been doing for six years straight. That is not what I would call developing a game. That's maintaining an already developed game. Meaning: there really isn't any real plans to develop Destiny in any capacity any further than what we have now. Case in Point: Season of Redacted: nothing, nada, no teasers, no vidocs, not even youtubers or streamers are talking about new and upcoming content for the new season in 2 WEEKS. BECAUSE: there is nothing new in store next season. AND Lastly: where's the story, what are we doing, who are we really fighting? The Darkness? Really? When does it actually start to MATTER Bungie?

Unfortunately though, it seeems like we are getting just enough content to keep the Eververse doors open lately. What happened to making new crucible maps or strikes or nightfall’s? Iron banner is underperforming, too! Will that be cut as well?

Y’all releasing new trials armor when you haven’t even had anti cheat?!?! No point in even playing PvP on PC anymore. Literally dozens of hackers showing off their new hacks on YouTube almost every other day. Not even trying to get mad while gaming.

Edited by Fibby: 1/29/2021 4:31:12 PMStasis is still obnoxious and outclasses the old subclasses (the Hunter has far too much slowing/freezing abilities in its toolkit, and the Titan super is almost unkillable on top of the long duration), no loot incentives or new maps for pvp, and the same old poor matchmaking system that creates multicontinent lobbies in a game that is inconsistent and laggy to begin with thanks to the P2P-system it uses.... Although it was pretty terrible, i think i had more fun during the double primary bullshit than i do now in pvp, at least there were some gunfights, now people just try to freeze you before they engage, not being able to move and fight back is not a good feeling in a shooter. Even if it’s only 10€, i’ll vote with my wallet and pass on the season pass. Also, if pvp gets crossplay you can’t opt out of, it will only make things worse because you have a massive cheater problem on PC, and i don’t want to play against MnK with a controller even if you somehow manage to sort out the cheating.
