So you just spent 10 hours farming Iron Banner for that god roll forward path.
And some other guy just stopped after the first, lack-luster forward path drop they got.
Now yours may technically be more powerful, but it won't feel anymore powerful and it certainly won't matter in any of the content in this game. Activities are simply too easy and there is nothing that is rewarding and fun to play that requires incredibly well put together builds to even be possible. Because of this, loot will always be boring until there is an activity that makes good loot demonstrably better than bad loot.

1 ReplySomething that would be nice is a new repeatable activity for rewards that has multiple levels of scaling. Something similar to Diablo 3s Greater Rift system or World of Warcrafts Mythic+ Dungeons comes to mind. Outside of GM Nightfalls and “Raids” there’s really nothing.
