Needs a complete overhaul in PvP. Freezing should only occur upon multiple hits, with the exception of supers. The duration and intensity of slow effects should be reduced as well.

I'd argue that even roaming supers freezing you I'd a problem. Other supers you can get hits on them/team shoot them. These supers freeze you before you can and then just kill you. There's supposed to be a trade off reaming supers vs one and dones. Roaming supers you can get shutdown before you get a kill, but not these two.

True, but I don’t know how to make the supers powerful without being able to freeze. Honestly the Warlock super is pretty bad even with freezing because of the slow movement, low damage resistance, and slow/inaccurate projectiles. So maybe just make the other supers weaker in other areas like that.
