I am twenty eight. All of the worlds problems are my fault according to social media and old farts that thought a desk would save them from a nuclear bomb.

All you have to do is remind yourself that you were brought up by those old farts and you can absolve yourself of all responsibility to do anything. After all, if they raised you better then you would be a better person, so anything you do wrong is actually their fault.
