Flexing your 4.00+ KD but only playing in QP with a minimum 4 stack isn't as impressive as you may think.
-
Qpers are a joke of course yr "good" cause bb dont know the difference between comp and qp
-
They have the biggest egos too. Played against two people who made an account just to flex their KDs. Then played some scrim 2s and my friend and I made them quit
-
KDA is on a the emblem, meaning their kd is definitely lower
-
They never said cbmm was for everyone just the ones wanting easy mode.

5 RepliesEdited by mxgreg: 12/8/2020 7:31:24 PMI agree they ruined all the PVP playlists on console. I think it's going to get very bad over the next couple of months, because there is not much do to. I really just half a$$$ play now to complete my bounties while watching tv. Sorry, I'm not going to try hard every match. I'm not getting paid to play. I'll prolly checkout IB because of the solo only queue, but I'm not sure I'll play more than a couple of games. I don't care about the rehashed IB weapons. I'm not sure there is anything that I want that will drop from playing matches. All I can really do is IB bounties, but I'm not sure if leveling has any point in the game right now. What are you all working on?

6 RepliesI have yet to play a SINGLE Crucible match since Beyond Light. Previous seasons in D2? I’d occasionally jump in solo with my Sweet Business and just lay SUPPRESSING FIRE while my teammates cleaned up. Did the rare Iron Banner. Destiny 1? I never missed an Iron Banner...unless it was Rift. Crucible was a regular part of my week. D2 Crucible just...doesn’t do it for me.

2 RepliesEdited by an Ape with a d2 addiction: 12/8/2020 1:11:17 PMKD / KAD mostly means nothing. It's such a relative stat to the playlist. Mostly it doesnt translate to the person's specific skill bracket at all. If you farm low skill-bracket players in quickplay and hit a high stat through it, it really indicates next to nothing. If someone has a very high stat in trials / other hard SBMM playlist where everybody's playing folks around / above their skill brackets, it's more impressive.

PvP is the cancer of Destiny. Bring the hate mail, and -blam!- your feelings! 😎
-
Always pretty strange seeing a 6 stack super proud of stomping people just trying to get their weeklies and bounties done
-
2 RepliesIts why Crucible is struggling to maintain its player base. Only 398K players on Sunday. Compared to 1.13 Million in PVE. Even Gambit pulled down 253K players. If you don't work to give the average player a good expereince playing your game, they stop showing up to play it.

3 RepliesWhat about a solo player who has a 2.0+ Kd?
-
I love these guys. They are always the ones to quit before the end of the game when I’m stomping them. Gotta keep that KDA high!
-
if I get into a tolerable lobby it isn't too bad. I just don't find PvP fun anymore though
-
an opinion has to not be popular in order for it to be unpopular
-
3 RepliesI put my 1.0 KD on my resume when I applied at Bungie and they said I was too good to be on the Crucible team.

Edited by ZombieQahnaarin: 12/8/2020 5:25:00 PMReal guardians flex how many cookies they baked during dawning. 💪 😤
-
2 Repliesi’ll take a solo player who has a 1.0kd in qp rather than someone with a 4.0 who runs in 6 stacks in qp
-
Also, isn't the glory playlist now completely pointless with nothing to chase?!
-
1 ReplyNot really an unpopular opinion. Pretty sure most players here are aware that numbers alone don't amount to much.
-
20 RepliesAny logical player looks at game modes where winning matters and takes into account Win/loss as much as KD. Seen plenty of guys bragging 2.0 comp/Trials KDs with 40% win loss ratios 😂 Like ok. You bait teammates and play KD. So impressive 😂
-
He beat you just by flexing a number.
-
2 RepliesIm swinging between 2.20 and 2.30 seasonal, as a solo guy in both QP and comp. Pretty happy with it tbh.
-
This lol 90% of people who flex their KDA emblem just farm 6s and feel proud about their stacked CBMM stats while simultaneously being pretty trash
-
As long as I am successful in real life, that's what matters. Let them do what makes them feel complete.
-
Pretty sure most people agree with this but it’s not feedback.
