Missing Legendary Shards

I didnt get any legendary shards from the loot i dismantled from the vendors thats going away except for Titan

Could you please reproduce the issue and use your Xbox's recording function to record a video of your Legendary Shards before dismantling, then dismantle something, then show it after?
