I have played since the D1 beta and I know there is room for improvement but, most players with high KDs are camping snipers so it isn't that good a indicator of skill.

So you saying that those who use snipers doesn’t have skills. Snipers shotguns fusion rifles need people with skills and strategy. Because they are camping in the back doesn’t mean they are not skillful is just that they use a different strategy than you or me. Btw if you don’t care about your kD is ok I don’t either but I would like to have it in-game to know per game how I am doing because I am not a kd farmer I just want to know my real kills per game.

Snipers currently on PC are crutches because they act like scout rifles more than snipers. Shotguns only require mobility skills to avoid being killed easy. Fusions are fine and require a small amount of skill.
