Trails matches “Unfair for casual players”
I need trails win REALLY....I struggle now in control, And I need six wins in trails. I spend 20 hours in 2 days grinding armor bounties. Last time I played trails I got ran over by a Bus. I played 8 games lost everyone and had zero kills. This made me realize this is no place for me.
This should have an option trails or survival. I don’t like playing PVP anymore its to hard, to many good players. I rather stay out of the good players way and play PVE. I just wasted hours of grinding for something I am never going to get. I would rather buy the armor then play trails matches. Bungie sale the armor, I’ll but it.

I would rather purchase the glows from the store, see your falling into bungos trap. Why do you think bungo made it a difficult end grind for casual pvp players, the hole solstice event just set up for extra revenue.

4 RepliesNext time you get destroyed by a team politely send the best player on the team a message asking for help. You'll actually be surprised at how nice some of the "sweaty" players actually are.

If one wants something bad enough, the question still remains, what is one willing to do? Some have grown accustomed to participation trophies. Funny how this attitude is prevalent in the workplace. Many don’t last.

As much as I agree I also don't. You see it's not timed. You have as much time as you desire to do the white glows on your armor. 7 win with all the time you desire for an upcoming sunsetted armor set. Yeah you ain't losing much here.

If you struggle with casual PVP, why do you think you should do well in a hardcore PVP mode? You got one win, maybe you need another team with better communication or coordination? Do you want PVP tips? Wasted time grinding? The steps for unlocking the armor were available a couple of weeks before the event started? You could have seen this coming.

3 RepliesI dont think it's "unfair", its just these folks simply play the game better than us casuals. No shame in this though. They might be better because they devote more time to the game than we do. I stopped playing D2 for this specific reason. (although I still get on the forums....they have proven more amusing than the game itself😁). If the game is bothering you to this point, I would uninstall and play something else or just do PvE. There's behavioral psychology thats at work in this game that makes it downright addictive. If you feel you "need" to play rather than "want" to play, thats a red flag. Don't let this game control you like it does so many others. Good luck and happy gaming-

Not every piece of gear/cosmetic should be obtainable by every player. There needs to be aspirational content for those skilled enough to get it. I used lfg and played my first actual passage in D2 all the way to the lighthouse. Had tons of fun and I'm glad Bungie forced me into something I don't usually bother with.

Do you really need the boot glow? I mean on the Warlock at least (don't know about the others) it's literally only on the top of our foot and you can barely see it at all. Not worth it in my opinion.

If you don't/can't do the requirements, you don't get the armour. Simple concept. One that shouldnt change for casual player's benefit.
