Getting scammed out of pinnacles
I’m 1053, and the pinnacle would’ve put my up to 1054 probably but the last 2 weeks my means to an end has not dropped a pinnacle despite the Quest being gone from my quest page and the recasted being empty. It’s a joke icl. Also think they should add a warning even if you’re in matchmaking for postmaster because I lost my pinnacle energy weapon which would’ve bumped me up last week because it got filled up with blues and shaders. I looked in the tower and it was literally all blues and shaders and a single umbral because I had 10. Please fix the means to an end primarily and add the warning.
Edit: I know I’m not the only one btw
Edit 2: I’m 1067 with my artifact 1053 without. Sorry idolo

1 Replywell how about when pinnacles do drop they drop the same item over and over I'd say 90% of the time I'm getting either a Kinetic or Energy drop over and over.. So progressing is just stopped for weeks at a time. Awful.

7 RepliesThey literally have a postmaster warning as soon as it gets full it’s nobody’s fault that you have your postmaster filled with clutter your too lazy to dismantle. I don’t even know why you have shaders in your postmaster just go to rahool and bulk dismantle the shaders you don’t use and they would go straight to your inventory and never even touch the postmaster to begin with. You got scammed out of nothing you’re just lazy and inefficient. Lastly this post doesn’t even belong here this is the rewards forum your post should be on feedback but that’s if it were an actual problem not this nonsense. I will however leave you with some genuine advice. If your 1054 which is presumably with your artifact then I would assume your gear is in 1040’s in which case I would suggest you don’t chase pinnacles at all and focus on powerful 1-2’s until all your gear is 1050 then go for the pinnacles. Unless you are already disregarding your artifact level then just ignore the last part

2 RepliesIt's just a number to chase, when beyond light drops it will render the chase worthless and leafrog levels over level with mere new blues. Outside of activity entry requirements it's not really worth it imo.

1 ReplyI understand hating RNG, I understand if it bugged out and don't give you the drop. What I don't understand is if you have had a full postmaster 2 weeks in a row and you lost the drop why you are here complaining. CLEAN OUT YOUR POSTMASTER. Seriously, learn from your mistake and don't let it happen again. Clean it out more often, make sure it is empty BEFORE you do a pinnacle activity. Use almost any vault app to claim things from the postmaster, most of them have this functionality and you can claim most items orbit, in a strike, in crucible, almost anywhere! Shaders should never go to the postmaster. You have a ton of room for shaders in your inventory and you honestly don't use that many different shades, delete the ones you never use so new ones go to inventory instead of postmaster.

These week... 3 Strikes Mark, PoH Mark, 100k NF Mark, Hawthorne got a Kinetic Primary. All I need is a chest piece 😩. Last from IB 3 of the 4 IB bounties gave me a Mark too. You will not convince me this is RNG.

This happened to me last week on one character. I finished the Interference mission, and the Means to an End quest disappeared with no pinnacle at the recaster. On another character it worked fine. I never had this happen before last week.

6 RepliesWhat is your actual power level without the artifact boost? That is why your pinnacles are not dropping as high as you would hope. What you should be doing is focusing all of your umbrals so that all of your gear is at your actual current level, then go complete your pinnacle activities for the week. Rinse and repeat. Trust me, you will see much faster gains. If all you are doing is running pinnacle activities and hoping to level up that way, it is going to take you a very long time.
