Special Finisher mod not unlocked
despite the description and everyone ive talked to, I have yet to get this mod. It says it should be defaultly unlocked and everyone i have ever talked to has agreed. Is there any way to get this unlocked (note all 3 characters do not have it)

did you finish the ordeal quest? where you have to do an adept nightfall

Ok, so I had the same problem as you, and after a lot of searching around, you get this mod from completing the quest around completing the ordeal nightfall on adept, I dont know how to get this quest, it was just on my titan. The description that bungie have put in for the source of this mod needs changing as you clearly do not just start with this mod...
